Also, from what I understand, he is against a federal amendment of traditional (biblical) marriage and thinks the states shoud determine the issue, which I do agree. However, he is opposed to the possible passing of an amendment in California which will validate marriage between a man and a woman and ban same-sex marriages(Proposition 8). Yet, he firmly believes marriage is between a man and a woman only. Such inconsistency.
